The Gothenburg Primary School Administration is one of the largest school administrations in Sweden. We are responsible for the city's municipal schools from preschool class to grade nine, adapted primary school, culture school, and after-school care. The administration has 138 municipal primary schools where almost 47,000 students attend school every day. The entire administration has about 9,700 employees who work together to develop and take care of the operations - together we pave the way for the school of the future.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Ryaskolan is a multicultural primary school with students from preschool class to grade 6. Our focus for several years has been to work on language development in all subjects. Ryaskolan's prioritized goals are language development, cooperative learning, and values education. At Ryaskolan, we work together to ensure that students develop as far as possible based on their abilities. At Ryaskolan, you will meet engaged employees and a present management team.
We are now looking for an administrator for Ryaskolan who will work with ICT and substitute procurement. The position is a permanent part-time employment at 50%. The role includes standard administrative tasks.
You will have very close collaboration with the school's administrator, assistant principals, and principal. The role also includes responsibility for overarching office tasks such as case management, archive maintenance, and the release of public documents. The administrator also handles expedition work, which involves contact with visitors, students, parents, and officials.
QUALIFICATIONS
To be considered for the position, you must have completed upper secondary education or equivalent. We are looking for someone who has previously worked with ICT. Documented previous experience of qualified administrative work is also a requirement for the position. Experience in substitute procurement is an advantage.
Further education in administration is advantageous, as is experience with Gothenburg City's financial and personnel systems such as Personec, Proceedo, TimeCare, and IST. Additional requirements for the position include good knowledge of the Office suite.
To thrive in the role of administrator, you need to take responsibility and feel comfortable independently performing tasks and managing your work processes. You work in a structured manner and have the ability to keep many processes running while quickly being able to overview and prioritize multiple tasks.
As you will meet many different people every day, you need to be relationship-building, responsive, and service-oriented. If you also have the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new IT systems and have good computer skills.
